"Well for 16 years I have followed Jason because he's the best. I agree he can be a bit to handle but he runs a business and has a lot of personal responsibility at home. HOWEVER HE IS ONE OF IF NOT THE BEST INSURANCE AGENTS I'VE EVER HAD OR HAVE COMPARED PRICING TO.. so I refer him friends and family. He's a nice guy but can be offbeat or seem rude because the things he has to do to get the deal to work is mind boggling to watch. He should have an assistant to help but there's only so much one person can do when he cuts the prices so low. The last point is rare. Insurance is a must have in California for home, auto, business, rentals, etc. it's nice to have a go to person who can help with all but understand when there are cases when you can get a better deal elsewhere. This is why I've been a client long term. I've always given Jason the chance to match or beat other quotes I've gotten. I've went with Jason about 90% of the time.

Customer service is a big plus. I have had some complicated insurance issues regarding business, Jason and his team have always been quick to resolve issues that come up. Let's face it, that's what insurance is for. You hope you don't have to use it but when you do, it's how your treated then that leaves the impression. I've always received timely and efficient service."
